Shipping Policy 

Processing Time 

  • Orders are processed within 2-3 business days
  • Orders go out once a week on Monday’s to avoid weekend delays. 

Shipping Options

We carefully package every plant to keep it safe during transit. Soil is secured, foliage is protected and boxes clearly labeled. 

For most locations in Quebec

Canada Post 

  • Express Shipping: 1-2 business days 
  • Local Pick Up: Free pick up by appointment-choose "local pickup" at checkout and we'll contact you to arrange a time. 

You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier. If a package is lost, we will assist with filing a claim with Canada Post and work with you to find a solution 

Local Delivery 

We offer the below delivery options 

0-5KMs: 5$ delivery fee 

10-25KMs: 15$ delivery fee 

Minimum Order of 75$ required 

25-40KMs: 25$ delivery fee 

Minimum Order of 150$ required 

40KMs-80Kms: 35$ delivery fee 

We will reach out to you to schedule a delivery date after your order has been confirmed.

Winter Shipping

During colder months, we recommend adding a winter heat pack to your order (additional fee) 

Order may be delayed if extreme temperatures could harm the plants.  

Returns & Refunds 

Live Plant Policy

Due to the nature of the live plants, all sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges once plants have left our care. 

Damaged or Unhealthy Plants

If your plant arrives damaged: 

  1. Contact us within 24 hours of delivery 
  2. Include photos of the packaging, box and plant.

We will review your claim and and assess next steps.

We love sourcing rare and hard to find plants. Please contact us with your request. We’ll be happy to find your dream plant 🪴
