Care Tips

☀️ Light: Bright, indirect light with some gentle morning sunlight. Good lighting helps maintain its beautiful variegation, but avoid intense afternoon sun, which may scorch the lighter portions of its leaves.

💧 Water: Allow the top layer of soil to dry between waterings during active growth. Use a well-draining mix and reduce watering significantly when the plant enters dormancy.

🌡️ Humidity: Prefers average household humidity and good airflow. Avoid excessive moisture and consistently damp conditions.

🌱 Growth: Compact, bulbous perennial that grows close to the soil surface. It may produce offsets over time, gradually forming small clusters. Seasonal dormancy and temporary leaf loss are natural parts of its growth cycle.

🐾 Pet Safety: ⚠️ Specific toxicity information for this species is limited. Best kept out of reach of cats & dogs.

With its delicate variegated foliage, compact growth, and unusual bulbous nature, Resnova humifusa ‘Variegata’ is a fascinating little collector plant that brings beautiful texture and character to any indoor collection.
